At BumbleToys, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Estimated Delivery Times
We proudly ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 6–9 business days
- Europe: 6–10 business days
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Rest of the World: 8–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Tracking information is sent automatically by email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
Delivery Delays
Although we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur.
BumbleToys is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Any event beyond our reasonable control
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, BumbleToys is not responsible for any resulting loss, delay, or additional shipping costs.
If the package is returned to us, reshipment fees may apply before a replacement shipment is sent.
Lost Packages
If your tracking has not been updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate solution.
Delivered Packages
Once the carrier marks a package as Delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package has been delivered incorrectly or stolen after delivery, we recommend:
- Checking around your property.
- Asking household members or neighbors.
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Although BumbleToys is not responsible for packages marked as delivered, we will gladly assist you in communicating with the carrier whenever possible.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order or fails to pay any required customs duties or import charges resulting in the package being returned, BumbleToys reserves the right to deduct any shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or other expenses incurred before issuing any eligible refund.
Damaged Packages
Customers should inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
Any visible shipping damage, missing items, or defects must be reported in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Claims submitted without sufficient photo or video evidence may not be approved.
Separate Shipments
For logistical reasons, items purchased in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
If this happens, each package will have its own tracking information where applicable.
